As it gets closer to halloween, you may find that there are stores selling Animal crossing or similar masks. But in the meantime, you can learn how to make masks from many websites, such as the one below. Also, when you buy a face-painting kit at Walmart for example, they give you instructions on how to make a certain type of face like for a cheetah or cat or bear or whatever.
I think you could make one out of felt pretty easily, then just stiffen it with glue or something.
Your best bet is probably to make one. Since there's a lot of time between now and halloween, start searching for materials that will work best and won't irritate your face. but ya, I would say making one would be the best thing to do.
