wear VERY girly clothes and wear kitty ears with a HUGE bow you can find at claires or icing. and you should make your skin pale if its already then your LUCKY :D paint the tip of your nose yellow with face paint and exagerate your eyelashes you might even wear fake ones :D and just that :D
just find some cheap white powder and cover your face in it. get some eyeliner and draw three straight whiskers on each cheek. Find a yellow pen or something and colour the tip of your nose yellow. I think hair would be okay loose. White kitten ears and a big pink bow on the left ear.


Then I'd wear dungarees or something but I guess hello kitty can wear whatever.
Paint your face white and paint black whiskers on it also. Then put a pink bow in your hair, and make sure you have a REALLY big smile on your face. Wearing pink will also help, or you could be Kitty from That '70's show. Just make sure you have someone with you so every 10 seconds they can say ';Hello... Kitty';.
