mix flour and water in a bowl to about the consistancy of thin glue





cut newspaper into strips and lay it on your face (be sure to breath) dip the newspaper into the glue stuff and lay it on your face





once its molded a little


take it off your face gently and let it dry for 1 day





paint accordingly or add things like a beak or horns
