YOU CAN NOT GET A H'MASK ANY WAY OTHER THAN BUYING ONE FROM SOMEONE!!! You can't bring any rare into BH, you can't kill someone that is wearing one because you won't find someone and because you would have to have a huge amount of cash and value in items on you to be eveing thinking of getting anything worth a good amount of money. Also, you were only able t oget them through an event a really really long time ago, through the Halloween event in like 2001 or sometihng like that don't know if that's the date though...
halloween masks were from years past, they no longer drop in the game which is why they cost MILLIONS of gold pieces. They are considered a ';rare item'; and you can only buy one from the Grand Exchange if you have millions of gp, i think some now adays are 10-15 million gp.
You have to do the Halloween event south of Faldor by talking to Maggie.
pvp. thats who drop them if theyre dumb enough to wear one in a PVP world.
