I bet they could ticket you for your vision being obstructed.Is it illegal to drive while wearing a Halloween mask?
It depends on the state but in Washington if a cop sees you driving with a mask that they think may obstruct your vision they can pull you over and check your vision capability and issue a reckless driving ticket if it is deemed your vision is impairedIs it illegal to drive while wearing a Halloween mask?
I'm guessing it's going to be different for each state. But I'm guessing anything that obscures your peripheral vision is going to be a bad idea, regardless of its legality.

I dont think so but you should take it off before you drive, because masks block out some of your vision, making it harder to see.
Yes if you run over someone while wearing that mask. You would definitely look like a crazy maniac when that happens!!!
im pretty sure thats a yes bacause it is a distraction and you cant see much, especially your blind spots and sides while you are driving
Not to my knowledge, unless it ubstructs your veiw...and if it did, and you still wear it while driving ...your just plain...well nvm.
