What do I wear with this mask for halloween? and do I still need to put on eye makeup?

I don't have tons to spend on an outfit but I'd love ideas to sift through (and links to examples).

Depending on 'how' the masks fits your face, I would stay away from any make-up around the eyes. If you plan on taking the mask off, you can always add makeup later...
Never leave home withoug eye makeup.
maybe a old fashion dress or somthing and put real thick eye linere
