What is a good material for Halloween mask making and where do I buy it?

I'm trying to make a flexible Halloween mask, so I'm probably going to use something like rubber or latex and I'm still working on making the mold, but I can't seem to find anything I'm looking for like liquid latex(I couldn't find it at the stores I went to), and I'm not sure what the best material to use is.

Thanks in advance! What is a good material for Halloween mask making and where do I buy it?
i've made a wicked mask before with this technique

i had a manikin head lying around the house for some reason

i got some cooking oiled and glazed over the face so i could peel off the mask at the end, i then took some wood glue mixed it with black water based paint

then got newspaper and paper mache'd it to the manikin head

do this for about 10 layers and wait for about 5-10 minutes and apply another layer

depending on how thick you want the mask keep on going or stop when you will.

by the end you should have a flexible, non-toxic mask thats whatever colour you chose
