halloween shops are either at rickys nyc.com would need to look up to find one near you. i think theres one in colombus circle around 59th street. or u could go to the huge halloween store on west 11th street down the block from webster hall. take any train to 14th street and walk to 11th.
My advice: Take a subway down to Union Square (14th street) and go south on Broadway for a couple of blocks to the Halloween store on the left side of the street, they have everything.
If you have a party city nearby I've seen a bunch of masks there
