My son wants to be a grim reaper for halloween but how can we do this without a mask? (see Pic)?

I am so not good with putting that halloween make-up on.

He wants to be this but does not want to wear the mask.

They have this costume at wal-mart for 20 bucks so any ideals?

do you know any really good face painters on your street? maybe you can ask them to put some grey and white face paint on it's face. It is good that he chose not to put the mask on. Because they can be hard to breath in and make you all sweaty!

Good luck, and have a happy halloween!!!My son wants to be a grim reaper for halloween but how can we do this without a mask? (see Pic)?
don't put mask if he doesn't want to. As for make up you don't have to make complete make up, just paint his face white is gonna be fine (they do have a paint for face at walmart).
Just smear white stage makeup all over his face, with a bit of black around the eyes, black smudging from the side of the face down under the cheekbones, and black lips...it'll look good.
uuuuummmm u could use a bunch of grey eye liner to look like wrinkles!!!! if ur a woman u should be used 2 putting on eye liner!!! lol
I suggest doing really simple makeup.

First paint the face solid white, then add on a large, oversized mouth with black face sticks. Draw in large teeth that go over the lips from the lips of the mouth you drew. Put a few dark circles around the eyes with some black face sticks. It won't look amazing, but it will do :)

Remember, kids have great imaginations! I'm sure he will like whatever you do.
Not sure if you have got the outfit from Wal-Mat but it doesn't look too difficult to have with a black sheet or dark coloured dressing gown.

As for the face you could use face paint/make up as the others have suggested or make a mask on a stick for him to hold in front of his face.

Have fun!
depends on the appearance that you want your son to have. the costume to me wont look the part w/out the mask. yet in recent studies done masks have caused injury to come to a child for various reasons. if you plan on being at his side the whole time then most certainly get the mask to.
